Apostolic Church: Which is it?

Witherow outlines six important principles in Church government that he draws from the teaching and practice of the Apostles. He then compares the various forms of Church government to these principles and concludes that "of all the Churches now existing in the world the Presbyterian Church comes nearest to the model of apostolic times."
